.DISCUSSION...High pressure will remain over the area through
the weekend resulting in warmer and drier weather conditions on
Saturday and Sunday. Winds will remain  diurnal and terrain driven
on Friday. Weak offshore flow will develop late Friday night into
early Saturday morning resulting in easterlies winds and poorer
overnight RH recoveries for the upper elevations and ridges.
Diurnal/terrain driven winds will resume for the remainder
of the day on Saturday.
