AS SOME OF THE LOW LEVEL MOISTURE MIXES WITH DRIER AIR ALOFT.
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON
WITH A BETTER CHANCE THIS EVENING AND ESPECIALLY THURSDAY.
WINDS WILL BE VARIABLE AT TIMES BUT TREND TOWARD SOUTH OR
SOUTHWEST DURING THE AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS ARE MORE
UNCERTAIN TODAY AS LOW LEVEL SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS SHIFT TO
EASTERLY A FEW THOUSAND FEET ALOFT.
