.DISCUSSION...

Low clouds will persist into the early afternoon across the area.
This will result in a slow rise in temperatures and, as a result,
the mixing height will only rise to 3000 feet by late this
morning. As skies clear this afternoon, temperatures will rise to
around 50. There is some uncertainty as to when skies will clear
and if clouds persist into mid or late afternoon, the temperatures
will be a couple of degrees colder and the mixing height could be
around 500 feet lower. Otherwise, winds will be around 15 mph this
morning and slowly decrease through the afternoon. The minimum
relative humidity will be around 45 percent. Winds will be light
and variable and with clear skies a strong nocturnal inversion
will develop this evening. On Friday, winds will increase out of
the north during the day with temperatures a couple of degrees
warmer and the relative humidity closer to 40 percent in the
afternoon.
