.DISCUSSION...
COOL CONDITIONS EXPECTED TODAY WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING EARLY IN THE
DAY DUE TO AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. SUNNY SKIES WILL START THE DAY
WITH CLOUDS INCREASING LATE THIS MORNING AND WILL BE CLOUDY BY THE
AFTERNOON. ISOLATED RAIN SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE DAY AND ANY
LINGERING RAIN WILL TURN TO A RAIN/SNOW MIX THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN
TO ALL SNOW BY THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. A CHANCE OF SNOW THEN LINGERS
TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY WITH A QUARTER TO A HALF AN INCH OF SNOW
ACCUMULATION POSSIBLE.

A BREEZY WEST-NORTHWEST WIND WILL BE IN PLACE TODAY WITH GUSTS OF
15 TO 20 MPH POSSIBLE AT THE SURFACE. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL RISE QUICKLY
AND BE ABOVE 1500 FEET BY 10 AM. THESE TWO CONDITIONS WILL
LEAD TO GOOD DISPERSION CONDITIONS TODAY. MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL
REMAIN ABOVE 30 PERCENT THROUGH TUESDAY.
