.DISCUSSION...A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHING THE AREA
WILL BRING COOL AND MOIST CONDITIONS TO THE INCIDENT LOCATION
THROUGH TOMORROW. THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF VERY LIGHT
SHOWERS LATE THIS EVENING THROUGH LATE FRIDAY MORNING. INCREASING
CLOUD COVER IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT BUT VERY LOW
CLOUDS AND FOG ARE NOT EXPECTED. GUSTY WEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED IN
THE SANTA BARBARA CHANNEL THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY EVENING
HOURS. THERE IS A CHANCE THAT LOCAL GUSTS TO 25 MPH COULD APPROACH
THE INCIDENT AREA FROM FURTHER OFFSHORE THIS AFTERNOON. WESTERLY
WINDS FRIDAY AFTERNOON ARE EXPECTED TO BE SLIGHTLY WEAKER.
CLEARING SKIES ARE ANTICIPATED FOR FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
