.DISCUSSION...A very moist westerly flow will set up over the planned
burning site tonight through Wednesday evening. Off and on light rain
will develop later tonight then moderate to heavy rain will arrive
Wednesday. Strong southerly wind gusts Wednesday and Wednesday evening.
Lighter winds return late Wednesday night and Thursday.
