DEEP...WITH LOW CLOUDS CREATING FOGGY CONDITIONS WHERE THEY MEET
HIGHER TERRAIN TONIGHT. RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECOVERY OVERNIGHT WILL
BE EXCELLENT DUE TO THE DEEP MARINE LAYER. WEAK DOWNSLOPING WINDS
WILL DEVELOP OVERNIGHT.
