WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES
CENTERED OVER THE MID MISSOURI VALLEY WILL STEADILY DRIFT EAST.
THIS RIDGE CENTER WILL THEN REACH THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY
NIGHT. THEN THE RIDGE WILL REMAIN OVER NEW ENGLAND THROUGH THE
WEEKEND. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP OVER THE FOOTHILLS OF THE ROCKIES ON MONDAY...BUT WILL
MAKE LITTLE OR NO EASTWARD PROGRESS INTO NEXT WEEKEND.
