For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 inch high pressure centered over the Central
Appalachians will reach the East Coast this afternoon, while a
29.5 inch trough enters into the Western Great Lakes. This trough
will push east across the Upper Great Lakes and weaken to around
29.7 inches on Thursday. A 29.7 inch trough will then linger over
the Upper Great Lakes into Saturday night. The trough will lift to
the northeast on Sunday ahead of a 30.0 inch ridge building
across the Upper Mississippi Valley.
