ILLINOIS...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...EAST
CENTRAL IOWA...NORTHEAST IOWA...SOUTHEAST IOWA AND NORTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A RAIN SNOW MIX WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT THAT MAY CHANGE OVER TO ALL
SNOW AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY NORTH OF HIGHWAY 30. ISOLATED NON
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS
TONIGHT SHOULD BE UNDER AN INCH. IF A COMPLETE CHANGE OVER TO ALL
SNOW OCCURS IN THE HIGHWAY 20 CORRIDOR WEST OF DUBUQUE...THEN AN
INCH OR TWO OF ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE ON GRASSY AND ELEVATED
SURFACES.

AREA RIVERS ARE EXPERIENCING FLOODING. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST
FLOOD STATEMENTS AND FLOOD WARNINGS FOR DETAILS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

ON WEDNESDAY...THE RAIN SNOW MIX WILL CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

A DUSTING TO AN INCH OF WET SNOW IS POSSIBLE SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 30
BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. NORTH OF HIGHWAY 30 BUT SOUTH OF HIGHWAY
20...AN INCH OR TWO OF WET SNOW IS POSSIBLE. AMOUNTS OVER 2 INCHES
ARE POSSIBLE NORTH OF HIGHWAY 20 AND WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI.

IN ADDITION TO THE SNOW...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE AND GUST
UP TO 30 MPH CREATING VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS AND HAZARDOUS
TRAVEL.
