THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN THIS MORNING AND
MOVE SLOWLY EAST THROUGH THE DAY AND INTO NORTHWESTERN AND WEST
CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS EVENING. OUT AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT THE
AIRMASS WILL BE WARM AND UNSTABLE. THIS EARLY MORNING A LOW LEVEL
JET IS IN PLACE LEADING TO SPOTTY THUNDERSTORMS IN EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA INTO THE NORTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY. THE RISK OF STORMS WILL
INCREASE AGAIN LATE TODAY AND THIS EVENING...MAINLY RED RIVER AND
POINTS EAST. COVERAGE OF THUNDERSTORMS IS NOT CLEAR...BUT THE
THREAT IS THERE FOR ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH LARGE HAIL
AND DAMAGING WINDS THE MAIN THREAT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THUNDERSTORMS RETURN TO THE AREA FRIDAY INTO SUNDAY.
