.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA THIS MORNING...BEFORE
TAPERING OFF. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE LESS THAN A QUARTER OF
AN INCH FOR MOST LOCATIONS...BUT HIGHER ELEVATIONS NEAR THE VIRGINIA
BORDER MAY SEE AROUND AN INCH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

SNOW MAY AFFECT THE REGION AT TIMES FROM SATURDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.
LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED...WITH LOCATIONS NORTH OF I-64
SEEING HIGHER SNOWFALL AMOUNTS...AND PLACES NEAR THE TENNESSEE BORDER
SEEING LOWER SNOWFALL AMOUNTS. HOWEVER...THERE IS STILL A GOOD DEAL
OF UNCERTAINTY REGARDING THE TRACK AND INTENSITY OF THE STORM SYSTEM.

THERE IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY OF SNOW AT TIMES FROM TUESDAY NIGHT
THROUGH THURSDAY.
