            MINOR STREET FLOODING ACROSS THE CITY WITH MANHOLE COVERS
            LIFTED OFF OF SOME OF THE DRAINS. BROOKSIDE PARK ALSO
            FLOODED FROM WATER RUNNING OUT OF SUBDIVISION AND INTO
            THE PARK.
