THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
STRAITS OF FLORIDA FROM OCEAN REEF TO CRAIG KEY 20 TO 60 NM OUT...

AT 309 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS NEAR 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 13 NM
SOUTHEAST OF FLOYD`S WALL NORTHEAST TO 20 NM EAST OF FLOYD`S WALL
SOUTHWEST TO 14 NM NORTHEAST OF ELBOW CAY...MOVING EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS NEAR 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES... LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD
SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
