WATERS THIS MORNING. CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE UNTIL AROUND
NOON TODAY. MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ABRUPT VISIBILITY
CHANGES DOWN TO ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS. REDUCE SPEEDS...WATCH
FOR EXPOSED ROCKS AND OTHER VESSELS...AND USE RADAR IF AVAILABLE.

MARINERS SHOULD CHECK THE FORECAST AND CURRENT CONDITIONS PRIOR
