.HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLIDE SOUTHWARD ALONG THE LEESIDE OF THE
ROCKIES LATER TONIGHT AND ESPECIALLY ON TUESDAY. THIS WILL
INCREASE THE PRESSURE GRADIENT ALLOWING FOR WINDS AND SEAS TO
INCREASE...WHICH COULD BE A THREAT TO SMALLER VESSELS.
