.STRONG SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE BEHIND AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL
STRENGTHEN THE PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS COAST
TODAY. NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE WITH FREQUENT GALE FORCE GUSTS
LIKELY THURSDAY MORNING. GALE CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH AT
LEAST THURSDAY EVENING.
