CONTINUE INTO EARLY FRIDAY EVENING...THEN WILL DIMINISH BY LATE

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 KTS FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY
  EVENING. GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KTS POSSIBLE.

* WAVES...2 TO 4 FT ON ICE FREE AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
