...HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT...

.STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW NEAR 20 KNOTS WILL EASE SOME TONIGHT BUT
THIS WILL BE SHORT LIVED. A TIGHTENING OF THE PRESSURE GRADIENT
AND ANOTHER SURGE OF COLD AIR WILL WORK INTO THE REGION EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING AND THIS WILL LEAD TO WINDS PICKING BACK UP ALONG
WITH SEAS RESPONDING TO THE WIND INCREASE. STRONG WINDS OFFHSORE
WINDS NEAR 20 TO 25 KNOTS ALONG WITH ROUGH SEAS WILL IMPACT ALL OF
THE MARINE ZONES THROUGH DAY AND OVERNIGHT TUESDAY.
