...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST MONDAY...

The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 6 AM CST Monday.

* VISIBILITY...One quarter of a mile or less.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one mile. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.

...GALE WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WINDS...northeast up to 40 kt through Monday early evening, then
  a brief lull in gales before north to northwest gales return
  Monday night into early Tuesday.

* SIGNIFICANT WAVES...up to 14 ft. Highest Monday afternoon and
  early evening.

* OCCASIONAL WAVES...up to 18 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to
47 knots has significantly increased...but the specific timing
and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to provide
additional lead time for mariners who may wish to consider
altering their plans.
