.DENSE FOG WILL PLAGUE ALL OF THE WATERS, SOUNDS, AND RIVERS THIS
MORNING. GUSTY SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS LATE
TONIGHT WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE BEGINNING OF NEXT WEEK WITH SEAS
AS HIGH AS 8 TO 11 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 6 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
