  20 KNOTS REMAINDER OF THIS WEEKEND AS MAJOR HURRICANE MARIA
  LIFTS NORTHWARD, WELL OFFSHORE.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS 5 TO 7 FEET BUILDING TO 6 TO 8 FEET THIS
  AFTERNOON AND PEAKING NEAR 11 FEET TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
