  SUSTAINED WINDS OF UP TO 21 KNOTS FROM THE EAST...WITH GUSTS
  UP TO 25 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE
  5 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 8 FEET POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 8 PM EST SUNDAY
