.WEST-NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN 15 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS
TO 25 KT THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE GUSTY WINDS WILL CREATE
HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. WIND WAVES BE 4 TO 5
FEET WITH A SHORT PERIOD WIND SWELL OF 6 SECONDS. WINDS WILL
DIMINISH THURSDAY MORNING.
