EVENING. THIS ACTIVITY WILL LIKELY MOVE INTO THE RED RIVER
COUNTIES OF NORTHEAST TEXAS AND INTO THE TEXARKANA...HOPE AND
PRESCOTT AREAS OF SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS LATER TONIGHT. STRONG WIND
GUSTS...FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY
