DEVELOP AND MIGRATE SOUTH TOWARD THE CONCHO VALLEY THROUGH 5 PM.
THE PRIMARY HAZARDS WILL BE GUSTY WINDS...DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING...AND POSSIBLE MICROBURSTS. EXPECT RAINFALL TOTALS UP TO
ONE QUARTER INCH...WITH ISOLATED AREAS OF HEAVIER PRECIPITATION
