HIGH-COUNTRY PASS AREAS OF THE WEST SLOPES OF THE NORTHERN SIERRA
NEVADA THIS AFTERNOON.

THROUGH 400 PM...LOOK FOR MOST OF THE ACTIVITY TO AFFECT AREAS
MAINLY NEAR AND SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 50 FROM NEAR TWIN BRIDGES AND
KIRKWOOD...SOUTH TOWARD EBBETTS PASS...DARDANELLE...KENNEDY
MEADOW...STRAWBERRY AS WELL AS THE PACIFIC CREST TRAIL AREAS.

LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...HAIL...GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS AND LIGHTNING
STRIKES CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE STRONGER STORMS AS THEY DRIFT
SLOWLY TOWARD THE WEST AND NORTHWEST.
