WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY
MORNING.

* LOCATION...TURNAGAIN ARM AND HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

* WIND...SOUTHEAST 55 TO 65 MPH WITH POSSIBLE GUSTS TO 80 MPH.

* TIMING...BEGINNING BY MIDNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT AND LASTING UNTIL
  MIDDAY TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS...LOOSE OBJECTS MAY BECOME PROJECTILES AND DRIVING ALONG
  TURNAGAIN ARM WILL BE HAZARDOUS.
