* HAZARDS...AREAS OF POTENTIALLY KILLING FROST.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS IN THE LOWER 30S.

* TIMING...AREAS FROST WILL BEGIN TO DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT
  TONIGHT...AND BE MOST WIDESPREAD AROUND SUNRISE SUNDAY MORNING.
