...Freeze warning Monday morning for Dona Ana and Luna Counties...

.A very dry airmass is in place over the Borderland. this along
with light winds and clear skies will allow temperatures to drop
to freezing and below late tonight through early Monday morning.
This will be the first widespread freeze of the season over the
southern Tularosa Basin and most of Dona Ana and Luna Counties.

  the mid 20s to lower 30s by sunrise.

* IMPACTS...Sensitive vegetation may be harmed or killed.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
