* TIMING...THROUGH 6 PM WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS...EAST WINDS INCREASING TO 45 TO 55 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60
  MPH.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY
  IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. BLOWING DIRT AND DUST AT THE SUMMIT OF
  MAUNA KEA CAN MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS.
