...FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 9 AM EDT WEDNESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a Frost
Advisory, which is in effect from 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Wednesday.

* Locations...Areas away from main stem rivers, particularly
  valleys and hollows outside of urban centers.

* Temperatures...Dropping into the mid 30s overnight into early
  Wednesday morning. Some lower 30s are possible in the more
  protected hollows across the northern West Virginia Lowlands.

* Impacts...Frost could damage or kill sensitive plants if they
  are left outdoors and uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Frost Advisory means that widespread frost is expected.
Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
