...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM THIS MORNING TO 5 PM
CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* TIMING...Northwest winds will increase across northeast Oklahoma
  this morning and spread eastward across western Arkansas by late
  morning.

* WINDS...Frequent gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected with
  occasional gusts near 45 mph likely, especially across
  northeast Oklahoma.

* IMPACTS...Winds this strong can make driving difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should exercise caution while driving.  Be alert to
sudden gusts of wind which may cause you to lose control of your
vehicle.  Extra attention should be given to cross winds and on
bridges and overpasses.
