A WEAK LOW OVER THE CENTRAL GULF WILL REMAIN STATIONARY  AND
WEAKEN THU AS THE ASSOCIATED FRONT MOVING OVER THE PANHANDLE
ALSO WEAKENS. A NEW LOW WILL MOVE FROM THE SOUTHEASTERN GULF
INTO THE SOUTHERN PANHANDLE ON THU...AND THEN INTO BC ON THU
NIGHT. WEAK WINDS WILL DOMINATE THE EASTERN GULF AND INNER
CHANNELS ON FRI.
