New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will
approach the area from the NW today, and pass E across the waters
tonight. Another cold front will approach from the NW Fri, move
SE over the waters Fri night, then stall S of the area Sat. A
weak high pres ridge will move quickly E across the region Sat
into Sat night. A warm front will move NE over the area Sun, and
stall over the region Sun night. Low pres will move offshore Sun
night into Mon night while pulling a cold front over the waters.
