New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS... A strong cold front will move
E across the waters late this morning into the afternoon. Strong
high pressure will then slowly build in from the W tonight into
Mon night, move E over the area early Tue, then push off to the E
late Tue into Tue night ahead of the next cold front. This front
will cross the waters Wed, followed by high pressure building E
toward the region Wed night as developing low pressure along the
front passes just SE of the area. The low will pass well E of
Georges Bank Thu, as weak high pressure overspreads the waters.
The high will weaken Thu night ahead of yet another cold front.
