New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Intensifying low pressure will
track E and NE from the Great Lakes today, pass over Maine
tonight, and New Brunswick Wed. A strong cold front associated
with the low will move E over the waters late today and tonight,
followed by a secondary cold front moving SE over the area Wed
into Wed night. Low pressure will develop SE of Georges Bank
early Thu and quickly track NE later Thu while strengthening. A
strong high pressure ridge will build E toward the coast Thu
night, move into the waters Fri, then continue to move E across
the region Fri night before shifting SE of the area Sat and Sat
night.
