West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will build across
the waters tonight into Sun, then shift SE of the area Sun night
into Mon. A weak cold front will move into the northern waters
tonight, then stall across the central portions Sun and Sun
night. A series of weak lows will form along the front Sun night
into Mon, then move E of the waters Mon night while pulling the
front across the remainder of the waters. Another cold front will
approach from the NW Tue and Tue night, pass SE across the waters
Wed, then stall over the far southern waters Wed night. Low
pressure will move off the SE coast along the front Wed night,
slowly move E across the waters Thu, then clear E of the waters
Thu night while pulling the front through the region.
