West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The U.S. Coast Guard is currently experiencing degradation in
image quality of all HFFAX products. Troubleshooting of the
problem is taking place.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pressure ridge will build
SE over the area today and tonight, persist through Sun, then
shift NE of the area Sun night into Mon. A strong cold front will
slowly approach from the W Mon and Mon night, then move slowly
offshore Tue and Tue night.
