Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The U.S. Coast Guard is currently experiencing degradation in
image quality of all HFFAX products. Troubleshooting of the
problem is taking place.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS... High pressure will persist
across the central waters tonight through Sat night, then slowly
shift N Sun through Mon night. A low pressure trough along the S
and central California coast will gradually expand N along the
coast tonight and strengthen through Wed night.
