HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A COLD FRONT OVER THE NRN AND
CENTRAL WATERS WILL DISSIPATE TONIGHT. WEAK HIGH PRES OVER THE
CENTRAL PORTION WILL PERSIST THROUGH THU NIGHT. ANOTHER COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE NRN WATERS LATE WED AND DISSIPATE WED
NIGHT. A THIRD COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE NRN AND CENTRAL
WATERS LATE THU AND THU NIGHT...AND DISSIPATE. YET ANOTHER COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE NRN WATERS FRI AND DISSIPATE. HIGH PRES
WILL BUILD IN FROM THE W FRI THROUGH SAT NIGHT AS A LOW PRES
TROUGH DEVELOPS ALONG THE CENTRAL AND SRN CALIFORNIA COAST. THE
HIGH PRES AND COASTAL TROUGH WILL PERSIST SUN AND SUN NIGHT WHILE
BECOMING WEAKER.
