HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE OVER THE
CENTRAL WATERS WILL DRIFT S TONIGHT THROUGH TUE NIGHT...THEN MOVE
OVER THE SRN WATERS WHILE WEAKENING WED AND WED NIGHT. A
WEAKENING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OVER THE FAR NW PORTION
TONIGHT...THEN DISSIPATE MON INTO MON NIGHT. ANOTHER COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE OVER THE NW PORTION TUE...THEN CONTINUE SE ACROSS THE
WATERS TUE NIGHT INTO WED NIGHT WHILE WEAKENING AS THE ASSOCIATED
LOW PRES PASSES TO THE NW OF THE AREA. ANOTHER HIGH PRES RIDGE
WILL BUILD OVER THE CENTRAL WATERS THU AND THU NIGHT...THEN SHIFT
N OVER THE NRN WATERS FRI AND FRI NIGHT. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL
DEVELOP ALONG THE SRN AND CENTRAL COAST THU THROUGH FRI NIGHT.
