.DISCUSSION...The next couple of days will be mild and dry, with
minimum relative humidity values around 20 to 35 percent. Chances
for showers and thunderstorms return Thursday and Friday.

...High Fire Danger...

The grassland fire danger index will reach the high category this
afternoon. Unfavorable weather conditions or a low moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that there is a moderate to high potential for a fire
occurrence. Outdoor burning should be restricted to early morning
or evening hours when wind speeds are usually lower and the
relative humidity is higher.

The outlook for Wednesday afternoon, The grassland fire danger
index will reach the moderate category to high category.
