WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY
EVENING.

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONES 295 AND SOUTHERN HALF OF 297
  INCLUDING SEQUOIA NATIONAL FOREST.

* WIND...BREEZY NORTHERLY WINDS 5 TO 10 MPH SUSTAINED WITH 15 TO 20
  MPH GUSTS.

* HUMIDITY...SINGLE DIGIT RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FOR UP TO 12
  HOURS IN MANY LOCATIONS.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD...HOWEVER
  WITH LIGHT WINDS SPREAD WILL BE MINIMIZED. OUTDOOR BURNING IS
  NOT RECOMMENDED.
