DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
1005 AM EDT TUE JUL 26 2016

..All River Forecast Points Remain Below Flood Stage...

High pressure aloft continues to dominate the Midlands/CSRA
this weekend...with weak upper level troughs occassionally
weakening the ridge. Hot weather will persist...with enough heat
and instability to fire isolated afternoon showers and a storm or
two.

The forecast area will remain relatively dry...with only basins
receiving isolated rainfall seeing briefly elevated river stages.
Overall...minor stage fluctuations continue due to hydro power
generation and corresponding releases from upstream reservoirs.
