Scatterd showers and thunderstorms produced around a quarter inch of
rainfall in the past 24 hours ending at 8 am this morning...highest
amounts west. Numerous showers and storms are expected through
Wednesday morning. On average...about a half inch of rain is
expected...however isolated areas could see over two inches of rain.
