SOUTHERN MANITOBA THIS MORNING. OTHERWISE SKIES ARE MOSTLY CLOUDY
WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S TO 70S ACROSS THE REGION.

ANOTHER ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL FORM ALONG
THE MONTANA DAKOTA BORDER THIS AFTERNOON...AND SPREAD EAST THROUGH
THE EVENING. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 70S TO THE UPPER 80S.
