High pressure extended from the center in northern Manitoba south
across the Red River Valley. Meanwhile low pressure continued to
develop in the lee of the Rockies.

There is a chance that thunderstorms will develop early this morning
across northeastern Montana and northwestern North Dakota, expanding
east into central North Dakota. Look for morning lows to range from
the 40s in Manitoba to the lower 60s over eastern Montana and the
western Dakotas.
