WARMER FOR TODAY WITH HIGHS IN THE TEENS AND TWENTIES. HOWEVER IT
WONT FEEL THAT WARM WITH SOUTH WINDS AT 15 TO 25 MPH. WARMER FRIDAY
AND SATURDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE THIRTIES.

A CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW IS FORECAST FOR FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT FOR
MUCH OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY. MOST PLACES SHOULD GET AN INCH OR LESS
OF SNOW. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR A DUSTING OF SNOW WILL BE SATURDAY
NIGHT.

HIGH PRESSURE EXTENDED FROM NORTHERN MINNESOTA TO EASTERN KANSAS.
THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE SOUTHEASTERN UNITED
STATES ON FRIDAY. UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES WILL PRODUCE THE LIGHT
FOR THE AREA FOR FRI AND FRIDAY NIGHT.
