THE THREAT OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE
REGION TODAY INTO SATURDAY. NOT EXPECTING ANY WIDESPREAD CONTINUOUS
RAIN...BUT OFF AND ON PERIODS OF STORMS SEEMS PROBABLE. THE GREATEST
COVERAGE OF STORMS IS EXPECTED TO BE ACROSS THE WESTERN PLAINS
TODAY...THE EASTERN PLAINS TONIGHT...AND A GOOD PORTION OF THE AREA
FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY. WILL BE A MIX OF SUN AND CLOUDS THROUGH
SATURDAY WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES GENERALLY BE IN THE 80S...AND LOW
TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S. TODAY WILL BE BREEZY AS WELL...WITH
SOUTHERLY WINDS GUSTING TO AROUND 30 MPH...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE
EASTERN HALF OF NEBRASKA AND SOUTH DAKOTA.
