MOSTLY CLEAR AND WARM WEATHER WAS OBSERVED LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
EARLY EVENING TEMPERATURES REMAINED IN THE 60S TO LOWER 70S UNDER
LIGHT SOUTHERLY BREEZES. TEMPERATURES WILL COOL BACK DOWN INTO THE
50S BY LATE TONIGHT WITH A LIGHT SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST BREEZE.

WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON
WITH INCREASING CLOUDINESS BY LATE AFTERNOON. THE NEXT CHANCE OF
RAIN WILL ARRIVE LATER SUNDAY EVENING INTO MONDAY AS A SYSTEM
APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.

FAIR WEATHER IS ON TAP FOR TUESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO THE
AREA. HIGHS ARE FORECAST NEAR 70 DEGREES.
