NORTH OF PRESCOTT ONTARIO...MOVING SOUTH AT 15 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH AND HALF INCH HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM.

LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED INCLUDE...
OGDENSBURG...DE KALB...HEUVELTON...EDWARDSVILLE...DE PEYSTER...
RICHVILLE...HAMMOND...NORTH GOUVERNEUR AND JACQUES CARTIER STATE

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.
