...CAUTIOUS TRAVEL IS ADVISED FOR REDUCED VISIBILITY AND SNOW-
COVERED ROADWAYS LATE THIS AFTERNOON...

WEATHER...

 * SNOW SQUALLS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH 5
   PM...RAPIDLY REDUCING VISIBILITY DOWN TO ONE-QUARTER OF A MILE
   AND QUICKLY COATING ROADS WITH LIGHT SNOW.

 * WEST WINDS AROUND 20 MPH GUSTING TO 30 MPH WILL RESULT IN
   LOCALIZED BLOWING SNOW THROUGH THIS EVENING.

 * SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY
   AND DRIVING CONDITIONS.

IMPACTS...

 * SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MAY LEAD TO LOCALIZED WHITEOUT
   CONDITIONS. RAPID FLUCTUATIONS OF VISIBILITY WILL OCCUR.

 * THE WEST WINDS MAY LEAD TO DRIFTING OF SNOW ON NORTH TO SOUTH
   ORIENTATED ROADWAYS PARTICULARLY IN LOCATIONS WITH OPEN
   EXPOSURE.

 * LOCALIZED MEANS THE EFFECTS OF THE BLOWING SNOW WILL BE
   LIMITED TO A COMPARATIVELY SMALL AREA INFLUENCED BY LOCAL

   VARIABLE DRIVING CONDITIONS BY SLOWING DOWN AND ALLOWING
