AT 203 AM EDT...A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM DANIELSVILLE TO NEAR CRAWFORD. THESE STORMS WERE
NEARLY STATIONARY.

  HAZARD...HEAVY RAIN.

  IMPACT...LOCALIZED FLOODING IN LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS
           IS LIKELY. MOTORISTS SHOULD SLOW DOWN AND BE PREPARED FOR
           POSSIBLE LOSS OF CONTROL DUE TO HYDROPLANING. WHEN WATER
           COVERS THE ROAD...REMEMBER TO TURN AROUND DON`T DROWN.
