BANDS OF HEAVY SNOW OVER SOUTHWEST MAINE AND SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL
NEW HAMPSHIRE THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL DROP THE VISIBILITY TO
BELOW A QUARTER MILE AND MAKE FOR TREACHEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
