...PATCHY FROST POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT...

High pressure and a dry airmass will build into the region
tonight. With clear skies and light winds, temperatures will fall
into the upper 30s by daybreak Tuesday morning. This will lead to
patchy frost development, especially in outlying and protected
areas.

You may want to protect frost sensitive plants by bringing them
indoors.
