LOW AS 15 BELOW ARE POSSIBLE OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
INDIANA...WHILE WIND CHILLS OF 5 TO 10 BELOW ARE POSSIBLE
ELSEWHERE.

PERSONS SHOULD LIMIT THERE TIME OUTSIDE THIS MORNING AND DRESS
WARMLY TO AVOID FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA. IT IS BEST TO WEAR
SEVERAL LAYERS OF WARM CLOTHING. WIND CHILLS SHOULD WARM UP TO ABOVE
ZERO BY LATE MORNING.
